Release of IBProvider v5.36.0-1 and ADO.NET provider for .NET8

LCPI IBProvider v5.36.0

It was implemented the transfer of BLOB with a length up to 32765 bytes to the server in the form of VARCHAR data. This functionality is available when provider is connecting to Firebird v2.5.1 or later.

Please note that only the transmission of blobs in IN-parameters of requests is optimized. Reading BLOB data still requires additional calls to the server.

You can enable or disable new functionality using the blob_send_mode initialization property.
