The new IBProvider 3.9.4 improves compatibility with .NET. Fixed known bugs

The release of this version was preceded by a great amount of work on the analysis of the interoperation of IBProvider and .NET.

This resulted in the following changes:

• If the required initialization properties are not specified, the connection ends with the code E_FAIL (connection error), but not with DB_E_ERRORSOCCURRED, which meant though erroneous but established connection.
• Now, you can use single quotes in the connection parameter string.
• We detected and eliminated the memory leaks in IBProvider. If you haven’t done it yet, we recommend you to upgrade to the latest version.
