Fixed bugs
1. The query «CREATE DATABASE» created databases in first dialect.
2. There was ADOExpress deadlock when executing the query «select count(*) from <table>». This error appears beginning from build 584.
3. When calling ITransactionLocal::StartTransaction (ADODB.Connection.BeginTrans) there was unstable error. The uninitialized state code of error (build 584).
4. Writing error for BLOB>64KB. This error was brought in on Oct 1, 2002 and fixed in (release) build 697.
5. Error in implementation of comparison DBTYPE_R8 datatype (DBVARIANT::comp_with_r8 method).
