Data Source Initialization OLE DB Property — «force_param_describe»

This property is now obsolete. Was removed in the third version (v3.20).

This property is now obsolete. Starting from version 3.15, IBProvider always obtains the parameter descriptions from server.

Implicit obtaining of parameters descriptions and using of it for transfer parameters values with that types which database server hopes to get.
