IBProvider v3.49.1. Service update
1. [BUG FIX] In some cases, ICommand::Execute had been return a FAILED error code and data of OUT-parameters. This might leads to application resource leaks.
2. Improved handling of the standard identifier of the error message — IDENTIFIER_SDK_ERROR. Now the message text is formed according to requested localization, not the current localization of the operating system.
